Our Annual Golf Tournament is a cornerstone of support for Eagle Gymnastics, benefiting every aspect of our programs. Funds raised through this event help us purchase new equipment, ensuring all our gymnasts have access to the safest and highest-quality tools for their training. Additionally, the tournament supports our competitive teams by covering essential costs such as coaches' travel for out-of-town competitions, team registration fees for meets, and other team-related expenses.
By participating in or sponsoring this event, you are directly contributing to the success and growth of our gym, allowing us to maintain excellence in our programs and continue offering a positive and inspiring environment for our athletes. Together, we can help our gymnasts achieve their goals while fostering a love for the sport that lasts a lifetime.
2025 Golf Tournament
The 2025 Eagle Golf Tournament is taking place on Friday, September 12, 2025, at the Trails of Frisco. This is one of our major fundraising events for our competitive teams to help cover the costs for the 2025-2026 season. In 2024, we raised just over $15,000, and our goals for this year is to raise of $18,000 through sponsorships and tournament fees.
We need everyone's help to make this event a success! What can you do?
- Gather with some friends and play in the tournament! Each player will receive a ton of free gifts, and everyone always has a great time! Register to play by September 5th!
- Find a Sponsor! Send an email to carol@eaglegymnastics.com for interest.
- Donate a Silent Auction Item for the Golf Tournament. Please contact carol@eaglegymnastics.com with an auction item.
- Make our raffle the best ever! Each team athlete must donate one raffle item at a minimum value of $25.00. Prizes are due by August 1st. Each team athlete must sell 15 raffle tickets. The tickets are $5.00 each. If you have secured sponsorship at the Bronze level or above, you are not required to donate a raffle item or sell raffle tickets. Please return all tickets by September 10th to the front office.
The top 3 Sellers of raffle tickets will receive a prize pack and an Eagle Gift Card for Tuition, Private Lessons, or a ProShop item.
