Our Developmental Program

    Welcome to our developmental gymnastics program. This area offers an overview of the different classes taught at Eagle Gymnastics Academy.

With 38 years of combined coaching experience, our directors have created a unique certification program for our students to progress through. These high quality programs are designed to emphasize progressive development and safety. We focus on:

• Proper technique for the basic skills
• Increasing core strength
• Improving flexibility
• Co-ordination
• Self-discipline
• Setting personal goals

We keep our class sizes small to ensure that each student can develop to his/her full potential.

Enrollment at our facility is possible at any time based on availability. Our staff will work with you to place your child in an appropriate class with children of a similar age and ability.
