The Tumbling Program is a co-ed program designed for those students who simply want to focus on tumbling skills. Strength, discipline and safety, with an emphasis on excellent basics will be at the core of each class.  We do offer a FREE trial class in order to evaluate your child's abilities.

Level 1                                                            55 minutes

Level 1 is for children with little to no experience in tumbling or gym skills.  Your child will be introduced to all of the basics and safety of tumbling including the following:

Landings: Controlled forward and backward
Balances:  Handstands, front and rear supports, bridge ups, cartwheels
Rolls:  Forward and backward with and without inclines

 

Level 2                                                             55 minutes

Level 2 is for children with some experience in tumbling or gym skills or have completed Level 1. 

These students will work the following skills:
Rolls:  Backward roll on floor
Handstands: 3 second hold, HS to bridge
Cartwheels:  Right & Left Cartwheel, Roundoff Rebound off mat
Bridges:  Kickover off mat without spot
Handsprings: Back-handspring progression

 

Level 3                                                           55 minutes

Level 3 is for children with a few years experience or have completed Level 2.

These students will work the following skills:
Rolls:  Backextension roll
Handstands: HS hops
Roundoffs: Roundoff rebound on floor, Roundoff to jump back
Handsprings: Back-handspring on tramp and wedge, Front-handspring off height

 

Level 4                                                           55 minutes

Level 4 is for children with a few years experience or have completed Level 3.

These students will work the following skills:
Landings: Controlled landings from hip height mat
Handsprings: Back-handspring on floor, Front-handspring on tramp or floor
Combinations: Roundoff Back handspring series

 

Level 5                                                           55 minutes

Level 5 is for children with a few years experience or have completed Level 4.

These students will work the following skills:
Landings: Controlled landings from hip height mat
Handsprings: Back-handspring series on floor, Front-handspring on floor
Combinations: Roundoff Back handspring or whip series
Flight:  Back & Front Tucks, Lay-outs, Twisting Layouts, etc.
